Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery: We endeavor to process all orders for in stock items within 1-2 business day/s. Our standard business hours are Tuesday through Friday 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Time. Standard shipping is typically via UPS ground and you should allow 4-8 business days for standard delivery once an order has been shipped. We reserve the right to substitute another carrier of equal or lesser cost to deliver your order. If expedited shipping is required, please select that as your shipping choice.

This site, any portion of this site, or the products it sells may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by The Madness Cage.
Returns & Replacements
The Madness Cage values your satisfaction. We will replace any defective merchandise returned to our store within 15-days of the shipment date. No additional Shipping and handling charges will be incurred by the purchaser. Prior to returning your purchase, please email us your order number & reason for exchange. Please write the style number and size that you would like to be reshipped with in exchange. Please include a telephone number where you can be reached in case we need to call you to provide advice. We cannot provide cash or credit card refunds. All sales are Final. However, we will exchange your purchase for a different Size or Style or provide a Store Credit with 15-days of receipt of your order.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15-DAYS. RETURN APPAREL MUST BE UNUSED, UNSOILED AND IN PERFECT CONDITION. APPAREL WHICH HAS BEEN SOILED, MISHANDLED, ABUSED, WADDED UP, LAUNDERED OR MISSING THE TAGS WILL BE RETURNED TO THE PURCHASER. NO CREDIT WILL BE ISSUED AND THE PURCHASER WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE RETURN SHIPMENT AND HE OR SHE WILL FORFEIT ALL CLAIMS. AUTHORIZED EXCHANGES ARE USUALLY SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HRS OF RECEIPT. IF THE ITEM YOU REQUEST IS OUT OF STOCK WE WILL CONTACT YOU TO SELECT ANOTHER STYLE/COLOR.
